Strengthening your body is the third principle with Plan 40. Being over 40 requires taking time to strengthen your body so you enjoy the exciting years ahead. Taking time out of your day to exercise actually offers you more time because you'll have more energy to enjoy the things you want for many years to come. Since you are balancing your body and eating nutritiously, you aren't going find yourself locked in the gym for hours, hoping to lose that stubborn pound. All it takes is reasonable exercise.
