A Plan for You

Tahiti Trim® Plan 40® has two plans based on your goals. If your goal is to lose weight, you will initially participate in the Trim Plan. If your goal is to maintain your weight while continuing to balance your hormones and improve overall health and wellness, you will jump to the Maintenance Plan.

Plan 40 Phases

Whether you are on the Maintenance or Trim Plan, each month will consist of two phases.

Cleanse Phase

Everything in the Tahiti Trim Plan 40 Program is based on a monthly cycle, just like your body. To get started on Plan 40 you will begin with the Cleanse Phase: a 3-day cleansing regimen that includes drinking the Tahiti Trim™ Plan 40™ Cleanse Beverage and eating proteins and vegetables. You will cleanse for three days each month. The Cleanse Beverage is powered by TAHITIAN NONI® Juice and other natural fruit juices known for their cleansing properties. These juices, along with the cleansing regimen, help detoxify your body, jumpstart your weight loss, and enhance nutrient absorption.

Trim or Maintenance Phase

Now that your body and mind are prepared through the Cleanse Phase, you will participate in the Trim or Maintenance Phase for the remainder of the month. During this phase, you will watch your energy increase and your pre-menopausal and menopausal symptoms fade. You'll likely be surprised how good you feel.

What's more, through each of these phases Plan 40 is easy to follow as you balance and fortify, nourish, and strengthen your body each day.
