Balance & Fortify, Nourish, and Strengthen—the Plan 40 Principles

Every phase—whether you're cleansing, trimming, or maintaining—incorporates three principles to help you reach optimum health. Each day you will (1) Balance & Fortify , (2) Nourish , and (3) Strengthen your body. You can easily follow these daily principles by referring to the Program Card included in every Basics Pack.
